Lead Generation Specialist

Peacox Studio is looking for a high-performing Lead Generation Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales.
• High-level knowledge of English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

•  
• Conducting market research.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Presenting updates, reports, and forecasts to the management team in weekly meetings.

The NET salary will be calculated based on fixed Base +% from the new projects per month:

160$ Base Fixed Payment +8% upon the project payment

1 100$ Client acquisition = +215$ Bonus, +8% upon the project payment ($300+)
2 200$ Client acquisition = +325$ Bonus, +8% upon the project payment ($500+)
3 300$ Client acquisition = +440$ Bonus, +8% upon the project payment ($700+)
5 500$ Client acquisition = +560$ Bonus, +8% upon the project payment ($1000+)
11 000$ Client acquisition = +1000$ Bonus, +8% upon the project payment ($1880+)

Plus 8% payments from old clients.
